Project Summary
SmartAgriCambodia: Advancing Sustainable Agriculture in Battambang (SmartAgri) project (2025–2027) is implemented by the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague (Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Tropical AgriSciences) with active involvement of key partners throughout the implementation period. The project supports the introduction of smart agricultural technologies, digital mapping, and agricultural value-chain development in Battambang Province. It is implemented in cooperation with partners including the National University of Battambang (NUBB), Battambang Institute of Technology, Faculty of Agriculture and Food Processing, Provincial Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (PDAFF), and Agricultural Cooperatives (ACs). Key Objectives & Outputs
Output 1: Effective communication and networking platform for the introduction of modern (smart) agricultural technologies established.
Output 2: Comprehensive analysis of Battambang province agricultural cooperatives and agricultural value-chains conducted.
Output 3: Enhanced capacity of agricultural technical education in Battambang province.
Output 4: Improved capacity of farmers in the field of modern (smart) agriculture technologies application.
