Constructing a safe, child-friendly preschool with proper sanitation in Thmey Village, Kampong Speu — creating a nurturing environment where young children can learn, explore, and thrive.
Lutheran Hope Cambodia Organization (LHCO), in partnership with the Japan Evangelical Lutheran Association (JELA), constructs one preschool building with toilet facilities in Thmey Village, Ta Sal Commune, Oral District, Kampong Speu Province, Cambodia.
The project aims to improve access to early childhood education by providing a safe, clean, and child-friendly learning environment. The new facility will include proper sanitation, improved hygiene conditions, and adequate teaching and learning materials.
This initiative helps increase school attendance, enhance student concentration, and support early childhood development. The preschool provides a secure and adaptable space for learning and play throughout the year, fostering creativity, exploration, and overall well-being among young children.
To establish a safe, hygienic, and functional learning space for young children and their teachers.
Three objectives guide the construction, community engagement, and long-term impact of this preschool project.
Improvement of community mobilization and engagement in support of the preschool.
Community preschool constructed with a valuable and engaging space for effective teaching and children's learning.
Construction of a proper toilet facility and promotion of clean hygiene practices among children.
This project succeeds through the active participation of educators, families, local authorities, and community members.
