Project Summary
The Inclusive Mission of Partners to Advance Civil Society Transformation (IMPACT) is a consortium project implemented by 12 NGO partners over four years (2026–2029). The project focuses on four main thematic areas: Green Economic Resilience, Safer and Secure Communities, Youth Resilience, and Strengthening Civil Society. Lutheran Hope Cambodia Organization (LHCO) is implementing activities in two khans of Phnom Penh, focusing on youth resilience and safer communities. In addition, the project works with 11 agricultural cooperatives (ACs) in Kampong Speu Province, focusing on the Green Economic Resilience thematic area. Key Project Objectives
Objective 1: The economic resilience of communities and youth is strengthened.
Objective 2: Communities, particularly women and children, are safer from abuse and exploitation.
Objective 3: Youth strengthen economic and civic resilience through employability, leadership, and meaningful participation in community decision-making.
Objective 4: A resilient Consortium that leads initiatives fostering collaboration, empowering marginalized voices, and enhancing local governance driving systemic change and inclusive development.

Vulnerable communities, especially youth, are safer, more prosperous, and more resilient, able to actively shape their futures and contribute to just and inclusive development.
