Lutheran Hope Cambodia Organization (LHCO), in partnership with the Japan Evangelical Lutheran Association (JELA), constructs one preschool building with toilet facilities in Thmey Village, Ta Sal Commune, Oral District, Kampong Speu Province, Cambodia.
The project aims to improve access to early childhood education by providing a safe, clean, and child-friendly learning environment. The new facility will include proper sanitation, improved hygiene conditions, and adequate teaching and learning materials.
This initiative helps increase school attendance, enhance student concentration, and support early childhood development. The preschool provides a secure and adaptable space for learning and play throughout the year, fostering creativity, exploration, and overall well-being among young children.
