Lutheran Hope Cambodia Organization (LHCO), through the Cambodia Vegetable Value Chain Development (CVCD) project, funded by Heifer International Cambodia, cooperated with the Agricultural Community Development Office of the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries in Kampong Chhnang Province to deliver a 2-day training on “Pre- and Post-Harvest Management Techniques”. This training held at Sok Thai San Hotel, the training brought together 40 participants (29 women) from 9 farming communities across the province.

This training aims to strengthen community capacity in safe vegetable cultivation, reduce post-harvest losses, and enhance product processing to achieve better market prices.
