On September 3, 2026, the Lutheran Hope Cambodia Organization (LHCO) proudly hosted the Workshop on Strategic Progress and Planning for Social Entrepreneurs of the Union of Agricultural Cooperative (SEUAC) at the Poulo Wai Hotel in Phnom Penh.

Supported by the European Union and Heifer Netherlands (HNL) through the CSO4G Project, this vital event brought together 33 key stakeholders—including 13 women—from government institutions, provincial agriculture departments, CSOs, and development partners.

Participants discussed key issues including the role of commune agriculture officials, support to agricultural communities, school feeding programs, access to investment capital, and opportunities for stronger collaboration among government institutions, agricultural communities, civil society organizations, and development partners. The workshop also facilitated discussion on practical follow-up actions to strengthen the implementation of SEUAC’s strategic plan.
