From 30 September to 2 October 2026, the Lutheran Hope Cambodia Organization (LHCO), through the IMPACT Project, with financial support from Mission Alliance (MA), in collaboration with the Kampong Speu Institute of Technology, conducted a three-day training on “Safe Food Production Processes” in Oral District.

The training brought together 22 participants, including 13 women and 3 youth, representing six Agricultural Cooperatives (ACs) and one food processing group.

The training focused on key areas of safe and quality food production, including:

🔹 Food safety and risk management
🔹 Hygiene and food production processes
🔹 Food storage and packaging
🔹 Quality control and standards

The training provided participants with practical knowledge and skills to improve food safety, strengthen product quality, and enhance their capacity to meet market requirements.

Today’s knowledge is the foundation for producing quality products, building consumer trust, and creating greater market opportunities for communities in the future.
