On 05 July 2026, Lutheran Hope Cambodia Organization (LHCO), through the Inclusion Mission of Partners to Advance Civil Society Transformation (IMPACT) Project, funded by Mission Alliance (MA), conducted a “Hero Pathway” Workshop.

The workshop provided participants with a deeper understanding of their roles as positive change agents within their communities. They explored their strengths, skills, and interests to identify the role that best suited them—whether as a Citizen Researcher, Peer Mentor, or Campaigner. The sessions also strengthened participants’ self-confidence, leadership, and teamwork skills while inspiring their commitment to protecting children, raising community awareness, and contributing to the creation of safe communities free from exploitation.

A total of 17 participants, including 10 women, attended the workshop. Participants included youth representatives and LHCO staff members.
