On 7 July 2026, Lutheran Hope Cambodia Organization (LHCO), with the generous support of Mission Alliance (MA), officially launched the Inclusive Mission of Partner to Advance Civil Society Transformation (IMPACT) Project, a four-year initiative running from 2026 to 2029.

The project is being implemented in Kork Roka Sangkat (Prek Pnov District), Samrong Kraom Sangkat and Trapeang Krasang Sangkat (Por Senchey District), Phnom Penh, and Oral District, Kampong Speu Province. It aims to strengthen the capacity of communities, particularly children, youth, and vulnerable groups, to become safer, stronger, and more resilient while actively participating in inclusive community development.

The launching ceremony brought together 61 participants(31 women), including representatives from local authorities, development partners, youth, and other key stakeholders, to celebrate the beginning of a new partnership and reaffirm a shared commitment to creating positive and sustainable change for communities.

The IMPACT Project seeks to empower communities, especially youth and vulnerable groups, to protect themselves, actively engage in community development, and become agents of positive change. The project focuses on promoting child protection, strengthening youth skills and leadership, fostering entrepreneurship, enhancing Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and employability, improving livelihoods through green economic development and climate resilience, promoting digital and financial literacy, and strengthening the role of civil society organizations in advancing inclusive community development.

Lutheran Hope Cambodia Organization extends its sincere appreciation to Mission Alliance Cambodia, the local authorities of Prek Pnov and Por Senchey Districts, the Phnom Penh Department of Labour and Vocational Training, development partners, youth representatives, and all participants for their valuable support and strong commitment to working together to create positive and sustainable change for children, youth, and communities.
