On May 21–22, 2026, Lutheran Hope Cambodia Organization, through the Cambodian Vegetable Value Chain Development (CVCD) Project which supported by Heifer International Cambodia, in collaboration with the Agricultural Community Development Office of the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Kampong Speu Province, organized a two-day training on “Integrated Pest Management Measures for Crops” at the provincial agriculture department conference hall.

The training brought together 40 participants, including 25 women, from 11 Agricultural Cooperatives (ACs) across Kampong Speu Province. The sessions aimed to strengthen farmers’ knowledge and skills in safe vegetable production, effective pest management, plant-based pesticide preparation, and climate-smart agricultural practices to promote sustainable and resilient farming communities.
