The meeting provided an opportunity for participants to analyze the challenges facing Svay Meanchey Satrey Samaky Agricultural Cooperative, identify possible solutions and supporting stakeholders, and develop a sustainable strategic plan for the cooperative’s future.

A total of 29 participants, including 16 women, attended the event. Participants included agricultural cooperative leaders, producer group members, youth, local authorities, and NGO staff.

The FAST project is funded by ALiSEA and co-implemented by Lutheran Hope Cambodia Organization (LHCO) and Farmers and Nature Net Association (FNN).
