Empowering Local Voices to Raise Awareness on Safe Migration

In technical cooperation with an external consultant Mr. Ry Borom specializing in social media and content creation, the Lutheran Hope Cambodia Organization (LHCO) organized a two-day refresher training course on the creation of migration and human trafficking-related story content for 20 local content creators (13 female) from Bavel and Phnum Proek districts, Battambang province.

The training aimed to strengthen participants’ knowledge and skills in developing locally relevant content that addresses migration and human trafficking issues within their communities.Through a combination of interactive presentations and practical, hands-on exercises, participants gained valuable experience in applying storytelling techniques and content creation.

This refresher training is one of the key activities under the You Are Not Alone (YANA) Project in 2026, funded by the World Association for Christian Communication (WACC) and the Asia Pacific Mission for Migrants (APMM).
