On 21 May 2026, the Lutheran Hope Cambodia Organization (LHCO) conducted the “Resilient and Eco-Youth-Led Initiative (REYI)” project orientation across three target communes: Kampong Trabaek, Peam Montea, and Kansaom Ak in Kampong Trabaek District, Prey Veng Province. The events brought together 98 participants (45 females), including youth representatives, commune councillors, village chiefs, and parents.

The orientations aimed to raise awareness among community members and local authorities about the project, encourage their engagement and support, and establish youth groups within the target communities. The REYI project is a four-year initiative (2026–2029) funded by the Finnish Evangelical Lutheran Mission (Felm).
