From 6–8 May 2026, the EU Delegation to Cambodia, together with Heifer International Cambodia, Lutheran Hope Cambodia Organization – LHCO , Cufa and Kundamlay Organization, conducted a field visit in Kampong Thom and Siem Reap under the Civil Society Organisation for Good Governance and Green Growth in Cambodia (CSO4G) Project.

The visit brought meaningful exchanges with Agricultural Cooperatives (ACs), commune authorities, youth and women leaders, farmers, and local trainers. The delegation observed training sessions, interacted with participants, and explored innovative practices such as: net house farming, community-supported agriculture (CSA), and solar-powered cooling systems.

Key highlights included:

. Community-led advocacy & good governance

. Financial literacy & resource mobilization

. Youth & women leadership

. Climate-smart & sustainable agriculture

This visit reaffirmed the importance of strong collaboration between communities, civil society, and development partners to promote inclusive development, transparency, and sustainable livelihoods in Cambodia.
