On October 21, 2025, LHCO co-organized the inauguration of a new six-classroom school building, a five-room toilet block, and a handwashing facility at Kul Totueng Primary School in Phnom Kravanh District, Pursat Province. The ceremony was attended by key representatives from the Pursat Provincial Government, the Embassy of Japan, Japan Evangelical Lutheran Association (JELA) Foundation, and LHCO, along with over 1,000 participants. The project, funded by JELA Foundation and the Government of Japan through the KUSANONE Grant, was implemented by LHCO in collaboration with local authorities and education officers. It was expected to improve access to quality education and enhance living conditions for students, teachers, and the surrounding rural community.
